| We offer a web catalog rather than a printed one. This enables us to give our clients the most up to date and accurate information regarding the properties we represent. We are continually updating our site and adding new properties. Visit us often to see what's new. |
| 2: Can we rent a property for less than a week? |

| Generally rentals are one week, Saturday to Saturday. Sometimes property owners are willing to bend this rule, especially if it is off-season. |
| 3: Are linens and towels provided? |

| It is indicated in each property web page. Bed linens and towels are generally provided, however, washcloths are usually not provided in Italy. |
| 4: Is there a washer & dryer? |

| It is indicated in each property web page. Washing machines are often found at rental properties, however, dryers are not. Due to the high cost of energy, most Italians air dry their laundry. |
| 5: Is there a barbecue? |

| If it is available it is indicated in the property web page. This can be of the large built in variety or the italian smaller portable type. Charcoal is not normally provided but can be purchased in most supermarkets. |
| 6: Is there flyscreens? |

| If it is available it is indicated in the property web page. Mosquitos are not normally a major problem, but if needed plug in anti mosquito machines, candles and sprays can be purchased at most supermarkets. |
| 7: Is there baby beds? |

| Should you require a cot/baby bed for an infant of less than two years at time of travel, please request this at the time of booking and we will confirm that the owner is able to provide you with one. Please note cot linen is not provided. You should bring this with you. Should a cot be required for a child of over 2 years, relative costs applicable are available on request. For children of 2 years and above using an extra bed (or settee converting to a bed) the extra person charge applies. Highchairs are available at a few of our properties. Should you require the use of a highchair this must be requested at the time of booking. Baby baths are not available. |
| 8: Is it possible to arrange maid service? |

| It is usually possible arrange maid service but this is not guaranteed. The cost vary in different areas_ approximately 13 Euro per hour_ and are paid locally. Please request this at the time of booking. If a maid is booked her service cannot be cancelled locally without payment. |
| 9: How are electric plugs and voltage in Italy? |

| Voltage in Italy is 220v. Plugs are of the two pin variety. We recommend that you bring plug adapters for your electrical appliances with you. |
| 10: What are the beds like in Italy? |

| Beds in Italy are often a little shorter than standard US beds. It is also common to push two twin beds together instead of having a single king size bed. |
| 11: How will we know how to find the property? |

| You will get directions to the property at the moment we will receive your deposit, as confirmation of your booking. Depending on the property, there is usually a local representative there to let you in and show you around. |
| 12: Is there a price discount for rentals longer than a week? |

| Yes. Long-term price discounts usually start at 3 weeks of rental and also depend on the requested period. |

| For rentals outside a major city we suggest the convenience of a car. |
| 16: What is an agriturismo? |

| The category agriturismo originally designed to offer accommodation in simple farmhouses, now covers a wide choice of holiday rentals including beautifully restored manor houses. There are no official catagories. The only guide of quality being the description and price. The best may provide swimming pools and home cooked meals but will not have the staff and services found in hotels. |
| Many are working farms. In such cases it is normal that there are tractors and farm machinery on the property, and normal day to day farm activities are in evidence. At some times of year i.e grape harvesting etc such activities may increase. |
